Nuno Felting
Nuno felting is a wet felting technique in which loose wool fibre is combined with a sheer lightweight fabric to create a felted textile. Through controlled wetting and movement, the fibres migrate through the fabric and lock into it, changing its structure and handle. This process creates a durable material with a soft drape suitable for scarves, garments and wearable textiles.
The workshop is hands-on and follows the full process from start to finish. Participants create a nuno felted silk-wool stole and take it back at the end of the session.
