Introduction to SAORI Weaving
Each participant works on a pre-warped SAORI loom that is ready to use. After a simple introduction, participants weave independently, with guidance offered through observation and conversation rather than instruction.
The workshop introduces the philosophy and background of SAORI while allowing space for personal discovery. By the end, participants create a unique piece of woven fabric that can be used as a scarf, wall hanging or textile piece.
Guided by a SAORI-certified instructor, and suitable for adults and children aged 12 and above. No prior experience is required.
- Limited batch size to allow focused engagement
